This training will provide you with the tools and techniques to share the benefits of this practice with your students, through offering Reiki Restorative classes or integrating Restorative postures with Reiki into your regular yoga classes.
During this empowering training you will learn how to: (1) set up six foundational Restorative postures including supine, twists, and inversions; (2) use props including blankets, blocks, bolsters, and eye pillows; (3) create a sacred space through charging a room with Reiki before a class and clearing the energy after a class; (4) sequence routines in a therapeutic way to enhance well-being at all levels; (5) use language and breath to invoke an experience of deep relaxation. You will also learn Reiki Mediations, breathing exercises, visualizations and techniques to develop hand sensitivity to help students connect to universal life force energy themselves.
